Job Description
Perform simple emailing and faxing of documents
Participate in School Emergency Exercises e.g. Lockdown Drills, Fire Drills
Handling of safety equipment e.g. handphones, walkie talkies for exercises
Distribution of certificates
Handle lost & found items
Assist the Administration Manager in handling simple administrative matters (Temperature-taking, HFMD Tracing, etc)
Perform any simple administrative tasks as assigned by Principal/Vice-Principals/Administration Manager
Technical Skills:
N Levels Certificate (3 or more passes) or relevant ESS Certificates or higher Nitec/ Nitec in Business related disciplines or Polytechnic Diploma
Have relevant 2 working experience in front desk and administration, preferably in schools
Have a pleasant demeanour and able to deliver good customer service
Proficient in MS Office.
Education and Experience:
N Level or Equivalent, 2-4 Yrs of Front Desk/ Admin
