Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the financial services industry.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operation Management (ITOM), and Certificate Lifecycle Management, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Architecture:

• Develop and architect end-to-end solutions for ITOM / ITAM processes, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
  
  
• Design and architecture of ITAM solutions, focusing on modules like HAM Pro, SAM Pro, and the CMDB.
  
  

Implementation & Configuration:

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow ITAM modules, including Hardware, Software, and Cloud Asset Management.
  
  

Technical Implementation:

• Lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM modules, MID Servers, probes, sensors, and patterns.
  
  

Integration:

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise monitoring tools, cloud services, and third-party systems.
  
  

Requirement Analysis:

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into scalable, strategic ITOM solutions aligned with business objectives.
  
  

Best Practices & Governance:

• Ensure implementations follow ServiceNow best practices, ITIL standards, and architectural guidelines.
  
  

Mentorship & Leadership:

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior consultants, developers, and cross-functional teams.
  
  

Documentation & Standards:

• Create architectural blueprints, design documents, and reusable components to standardize and improve delivery efficiency.
  
  

Continuous Improvement:

• Perform regular reviews of the environment, staying current with the latest ServiceNow features to recommend improvements.
  
  

Skills Required

ServiceNow Expertise:

• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).
  
  

Platform Design:

• Ability to architect solutions using the Cloud Management, Orchestration, and CMDB (CSDM) frameworks.
  
  

Technical Proficiency:

• Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell) and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
  
  

Cloud & Infrastructure:

• Understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures and discovery in these environments.
  
  

ITIL Knowledge:

• A strong understanding of ITIL processes and their application within an enterprise environment.
  
  

Problem-Solving & Communication:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
  
  

Certifications :

• ServiceNow certifications in ITOM or CMDB are often required or preferred

We are seeking a skilled Agile Coach with expertise in implementing Agile Portfolio Management to help our organization optimize its portfolio processes, enhance value delivery, and align strategic goals with execution.

The ideal candidate must hold a SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe SPC or SAFe LPM), possess a strong understanding of Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices, and demonstrate exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Agile Portfolio Management Implementation:

• Design and implement Lean Portfolio Management practices to enable alignment of strategic objectives with program execution.
  
  

• Establish governance structures for managing portfolio flow, prioritization, and funding.
  
  

• SAFe Framework Enablement:

• Guide teams and leaders in adopting and scaling Agile practices within the SAFe framework.
  
  
• Train and coach leaders, teams, and stakeholders on SAFe LPM principles and practices.
  
  

• Support the creation and maintenance of Agile portfolio artifacts (e.g., Portfolio Kanban, Lean Business Cases, Objectives).
  
  

• Agile Coaching and Facilitation:

• Coach leadership and teams on Agile principles, mindset, and behaviors to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  
  

• Lead workshops and training sessions to build portfolio management capabilities across the organization.
  
  

• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Act as a change agent to drive alignment and transparency between portfolio stakeholders

• Provide regular updates and reporting on portfolio health, performance metrics, and decision-making outcomes.
  
  

• Promote collaboration across teams and departments to ensure consistent delivery of portfolio outcomes.
  
  

• Continuous Improvement:

• Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies in portfolio management processes.
  
  

• Leverage Agile metrics and feedback loops to measure and improve portfolio outcomes.
  
  

Skills Required

• 8+ years of Industry experience with atleast 3+ years in Agile Coaching
• SAFe Certification (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Management (LPM)).
  
  
• Familiarity with Jira workflows and configurations
• Proven experience in implementing Agile Portfolio Management and scaling Agile practices across portfolios.
  
  
• Expertise in Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
• Experience in driving Agile transformations within Technology & Operations domains.
  
  
• Background in coaching at both strategic and team levels.
  
  
• Strong analytical skills to interpret Agile metrics and deliver actionable insights
