Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service).
Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, DAM, or external web services (REST/SOAP APIs).
Customize AEM’s out-of-the-box functionalities including Sling models, OSGi components, and JCR repositories.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate designs into functional AEM components using HTL (Sightly), JSP, and JavaScript frameworks.
Work on AEM Dispatcher configurations for caching and performance optimization.
Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and security hardening.
Support AEM deployments, configuration management, and troubleshooting in Dev/QA/Production environments.
Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and maintain proper documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 2–6 years of hands‐on experience in AEM development (version 6.3 and above).
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification in AEM Developer is a plus.
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / Cloud Service) – component development, workflows, templates, dialogs, OSGi services.
Java / J2EE, Sling, OSGi, JCR, and RESTful Web Services.
Front-end Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, React or Angular (added advantage).
AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.
Experience with Maven, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and DAM integration preferred.
Good understanding of Cloud Manager, AMS, or on‐prem AEM environments.
Good understanding of Linux OS.
