Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support within IT environment
- Knowledge/Experience in Java Language and Unix
- Knowledge on messaging systems such as IBM Websphere MQ (good to have)
- Knowledge in SQL, Oracle
Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and support of batch jobs, Perform assessment and scheduling of batch jobs due to system maintenance activities.
- Perform hotfixes as and when required and perform monthly deployments and quarterly DB password change.
- Provide first level support to business users in a timely, effective, and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with business partners, third party vendors, and technology teams to achieve effective issue resolution within the specified SLA.
- Analyse, document and track all actions taken throughout the lifecycle of the issue, and make recommendations to prevent future occurrences of similar issues.
- Participate and collaborate with the development team in requirements gathering, clarification, and analyse impacts on issue or users' requirements.
