The Software Support Engineer is responsible for providing software support for a state-of-the-art web-based Enterprise Report Distribution software.
Maintains productive communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers;
- Provide entry to mid-level support of state-of-the-art web-based Enterprise Report Distribution software to its customers (will require both the ability to communicate well with the users and the ability to perform entry level code writing);
- Escalate and replicate complex issues to the software development team;
- Train users on functionality of software;
- Assist with testing and releasing new software and deployments;
Skills
- Software Development, Computer Science or related degrees;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Ability to multi-task;
- Good organizational skills;
- Ability to work alone and with minimal supervision as well as with a team;
- A Desire to learn new software languages and learn about the development cycle;
