Responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting client software and hardware, whether onsite or remotely.
Support Opertating Systems (Windows 11/ Mac) issues and provide desktop hardware & software break/fix support.
Provide remote support to the users.
Experience on Ticketing Tool like Remedy, ServiceNow, Salesforce or any other ticketing tool etc.
Basic User & Security Group Active Directory Administration Support and Knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows & O365).
System upgrades(Windows and Mac) Printer Support.
Troubleshoot basic network issues such as VPN, RSA, OKTA, wifi
