ROLE SUMMARY:
The Solution & Product Integration Engineer will lead the design, integration, and deployment of smart ecosystem across aerospace, defense, healthcare, and industrial customers.
This role emphasizes translating real-world workflows into technical solutions, while ensuring end-device integration, firmware alignment, and platform readiness.
You will act as the bridge between customer requirements, hardware/firmware partners, and our backend platform team to deliver unified, secure, and scalable solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Solution Engineering
- Translate customer workflows (MRO compliance, supply chains, industrial manufacturing) into system configurations.
- Support unmanned storeroom deployments including kiosks, gantries, and access control systems.
- Define acceptance criteria and oversee pilot rollouts.
• Product Integration
- Integrate partner devices into the unified platform.
- Define API mappings, middleware protocols (MQTT, REST), and firmware–platform interactions.
- Conduct system validation, certification compliance checks, and structured testing.
• Productization
- Develop and maintain device onboarding templates, SDK usage guides, and test documentation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure feature alignment with system roadmap.
- Standardize integration processes for scalability across industries.
• Customer Engagement
- Provide L3 technical support during deployments and escalations.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training for customers and distributors.
- Gather field feedback to refine product and workflow alignment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related.
- 1–3 years' experience in IoT integration, solutions engineering, or embedded systems.
- Strong knowledge of RFID, sensors, IoT protocols, and cloud/on-prem architectures.
- Hands-on experience with API frameworks and system testing.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, safety standards, MIL/OSHA healthcare regs).
- Bonus: Experience in aerospace MRO, healthcare systems, or industrial automation.
