What you have to do
Solution Design and Support
Supports Solution Engineers in client engagement by assisting with needs analysis, identifying key business objectives, and documenting technical requirements to inform solution design
Assists in designing integrated warehouse solutions that leverage automation technologies under the guidance of senior engineers to meet customer needs; assists in preparing technical proposals, cost analyses, and client presentation materials
Learning to use design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) to create layout drawings and process flow diagrams
Researches and analyzes industry trends and emerging technologies
Project & Client Support
Support system consultants in client engagements to analyze business objectives, identify operational challenges, and understand technical requirements.
Actively participate in client meetings to contribute to discussions and learn the process of translating business needs into effective technical solutions
Work with the project/deployment team to support project implementation.
Assist in system testing, user training, and go-live support activities
Take responsibility for creating and maintaining essential project documentation, from requirements summaries to user manuals and deployment reports
What you need to have
A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or a related field is highly preferred, with graduation expected in 2025 or 2026
Fast learning ability with strong adaptability to evolving environments and requirements
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Knowledge of MySQL and Linux is preferred
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin); Proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a significant plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly
Willingness to travel internationally as required by project needs
