Sourcing Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Coordinator to support my client's sourcing team in daily operations.
This role offers a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to both administrative and commercial functions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and commercial support to the sourcing team
- Assist with purchase order (P/O) processing and order follow-up
- Coordinate product samples and ensure timely delivery
- Support vendor coaching on company requirements and standards
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong potential and interest in the industry are welcome to apply
- Open-minded, quick learner, and self-motivated
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP is a plus
- Basic understanding of the U.S. retail or sourcing industry is a plus
