Job Scope:
Barista / Sous Chef – Café – 6 Days/Week
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items.
- Assist in food preparation and menu execution as a Sous Chef.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café kitchen and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, handling inquiries and special requests.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and ordering of supplies.
Service Crew / Cook – Japanese Restaurant – 5.5 Days/Week
- Prepare and cook Japanese cuisine according to standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Serve customers promptly with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Assist in food stock management, including storage and rotation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
- Support daily restaurant operations and teamwork effectively across shifts.
Job Requirements:
· At least one year of relevant working experience.
