HR Operations & Digital Support:

  • Support team in implementing new platforms and capabilities
  • Support core HR processes including onboarding new hires, maintaining employee data and P files, and coordinating with vendors.

  • Learn to act as an administrator for our HRIS and LMS systems, helping with data entry, report generation, and troubleshooting.

  • Identify opportunities to improve and automate manual HR tasks and administrative workflows.

  • Ensure data accuracy across our systems, which is critical for reliable reporting.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data (e.g., recruitment metrics, workforce demographics, overtime metrics, training participation etc) to help identify trends.

  • Support the team in creating basic reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.

  • Use your analytical skills to help provide insights for projects related to employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Learning & Development Coordination:

  • Help coordinate training programs by managing logistics, scheduling, and communications.

  • Support the administration of our Learning Management System (LMS).

  • Play a key role in executing a seamless and welcoming Day 1 onboarding experience for new employees.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Power BI, Power Automate for organizing and analyzing data).

  • A keen interest in HR technology and software; experience with any HRIS or LMS would be advantageous.
