Job Description
The incumbent is mainly responsible for the Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) project, and he/she is expected to be the key lead to drive the improvement and maintenance of existing processes as well as the development and deployment of new replenishment related projects driven by the unit, reporting to the overall availability head.
Oversee and lead successful improvement project rollouts, including UAT process Drive change management resolution/project Drive/support cluster engagement meetings on F&R Engage various internal stakeholders to address and resolve issues The incumbent may also be required to travel between outlets for audits and execution of various projects when necessary and interact with people from all levels.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Info Systems Working experience in the retail industry is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge & Proficiency in Project Management and UAT testing Candidate should be comfortable working with different types of backend info-systems Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint and other office tools Strong interpersonal skills Analytical & strong in numbers and strategic thinking Able to work under pressure with high adaptability and initiative A strategic thinker with good communication skills Keen eye for details Thorough and persistent in working through issues with stakeholders and reaching an ideal resolution
