We are looking for talent whom has strong network with A&D community, with strong track record of project and specification closing
Key Responsibilities:
• Specify our products successfully with interior designers, architects, main contractors and developers, presenting compelling proposals to secure product inclusion in their projects.
• Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets through fostering new client relationships and increasing market share.
• Manage the entire project sales cycle, from securing product specifications to closing actual sales.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of specification activities, client engagements, and project progress for effective reporting.
• Collect and analyze market insights to support strategic business decisions
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural specification sales within the building materials or architectural products industry.
• Extensive understanding of product specifications, and project lifecycles.
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in coordinating efforts across various internal departments.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools effective
