Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate technical specifications and solution proposals to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct seminars, customer experience visits and presentations to key stakeholders within access control industry.
- Establish and maintain strong key accounts management relationships, focusing on penetrating targeted verticals, EPC and owners.
- Support the sales team by providing specification expertise to generate a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.
- Assist Technical Advisor in all specification implementation plans & activities.
- Collaborate closely with specification schedulers, sales, project management and operation teams to achieve individual and department goals.
- Monitor and update on project information regularly.
- Provide monthly updates on project status and follow-ups actions.
- Prepare all necessary documentation and materials required for successful specification submissions.
- Follow up through the specification stage and secure projects.
Key Competencies
- Good level of Oil & Gas, FPSO service experience.
- Good presentations & communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers.
- Ability to recommend materials, procedures, and technical requirements and contents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, product specification, or project management within a related industry (e.g. Oil and Gas)
- Prefer with understanding of Oil and Gasspecifications
- Proficiency in Mandarin to facilitates communication with China counterpart.
