- Incumbent will typically spend 50% of time providing pre-sales technical support and 50% of time providing post-sales technical support.
Pre-Sales Technical Support
- Partner with Sales to win business opportunities - Assists the Sales staff in assessing potential application of company's engineering probe systems products and engineering probes products/accessories to meet customers' needs and prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of customers' applications/testing solutions.
- Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise to customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations of company's engineering probe systems products and engineering probes products/accessories.
- May build a mini-application based on customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping and/or product demo for client.
- May provide software development and consultation to prospective users and/or product capability assessment and validation
Post-Sales Technical Support
- Supports customers' buy-off of company's products - Ensures that the product application/solution is functioning according to specifications.
- Provide technical support to customers through testing solution delivery(installation), application training(use and maintenance of company's products)
- Provide technical support to customer in terms of customer issue support/reporting, and internal escalation summary preparation.
- Co-work with different functional teams to solve customer issue and provide suitable testing solution to customers.
Others
- Monitor and report customers' testing requirement/technical trend and market information
- Flexibility of supporting Domestic and International business travel.
