Job description:
Job Purpose
The candidate is part of the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality, accurate and timely HR services.
Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure excellent service delivery while performing claim administration and overseeing employee benefits management.
You will provide first line comprehensive operational support ori the HR shared services department.
Your will also provide administrative support and be actively engaged with key stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation, as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits programs
Perform claim administration in a timely and accurate manner
Issue Letter of Guarantee, Validate and Allocate Ad-hoc Benefits Plan
Work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters
Provide accurate advice on employee benefit queries and respond in a timely and professional manner
Provide guidance and support to employees on corporate panel clinic services
Escalate complex or unresolved issue to supervisor promptly for further resolution
Perform system trouble shooting and resolve technical issues in partnership with HR, IT consultant and employee
Participate and support HR Shared Services Project such as User Guide, Workflows and automations
Assists with ad-hoc administration of human resources operations
