Sr Asst Manager, Group HR, Policy role at NHG Health.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation process for the different healthcare professions, and work with multiple stakeholders to review Group HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness and roll out group-level policies across institutions.
- Analyze employment data and trends.
- Facilitate the review of manpower demand and supply projections for the respective family groups.
- Facilitate engagements with Senior Management, Government agencies and healthcare professions on manpower productivity and optimisation initiatives.
Group HR Policy
- Review HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness.
- Provide guidance to Site HR teams’ queries to ensure adherence to Group HR policies.
- Collaborate with policy representatives from various institutions to harmonize practices.
Requirements
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation in HR practice.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong writing skills to articulate policies and procedures clearly and effectively.
- Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably Human Resource, Business and related field.
