About Department And Purpose Of The Position
Reporting to Senior Manager, NUHCS , you will provide administrative and logistical support for the daily operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support for daily operations and administration such as billing adjustment, form submission, data entry and analysis and distribution of materials and supplies to clinical areas
- Monitor and support bed management activities in the Wards as required
- Track, monitor, and process invoices for consumables utilized in clinical areas
- Work closely with industry partners to establish loan agreements and procurement contracts for items used in clinical areas
- Ensure that operations at clinical areas comply with regulatory guidelines e.g. GN27, lead apron screening, radiation monitoring, new product evaluation, IT and equipment compliance checks etc.
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements
- Diploma preferably in Business Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry
- Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems in daily work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of hospital procurement processes is preferred
