Drive Supermetrics’ growth in APAC by leading field marketing programs that build pipeline and accelerate revenue.
We’re looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager, APAC to join our Marketing team in Singapore or Australia.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of our event-led GTM strategy across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand
- Drive regional field and partner marketing programs to generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and support revenue growth
- Partner with APAC sales and partner teams to deliver pipeline and opportunity generation goals
- Manage pre- and post-event strategies including account targeting, direct mail, and email follow-ups to maximize ROI
- Track and measure activities in HubSpot and Salesforce, ensuring visibility into pipeline influence
- Design meaningful in-person and virtual experiences that enhance outbound efforts
- Co-own partner activations (field and virtual) to expand reach and accelerate revenue
- Advocate for APAC-specific needs, cultural nuances, and competitive insights across global teams
- Develop and execute high-impact campaigns tailored to the APAC market
- Manage budget planning and ROI reporting for all regional field marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B company, with specialized knowledge in APAC markets (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand)
- 3+ years of direct event management experience (both in-person and virtual)
- Demonstrated capability to manage budgets efficiently and showcase return on investment
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC)
- Flexibility to adjust your schedule two days per week to align with global team meetings
- Experience collaborating with outbound sales teams in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Intercom, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Looker Studio
- Background in both PLG and SLG sales models
- Experience supporting partner co-marketing programs
