About the Role:
The Senior Project Manager coordinates all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and client
relations, while ensuring alignment with the company's standards, goals, and client expectations.
This role
requires strong leadership, advanced project management skills, and in-depth knowledge of design processes,
client needs, and project logistics.

Project Leadership: Take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the projects,
ensuring all project objectives and client expectations are met.
Budget and Timeline Management: Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, schedules, and
resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular
updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between clients, internal teams,
vendors, and contractors, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project.
Quality Control: Ensure that all design work and construction activities meet the company's standards
of quality, design specifications, and client expectations.
Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project and
implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or budget overruns.
Vendor and Contractor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors,
subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring that all materials and services are delivered on time and meet
the required standards.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation for both clients and
internal stakeholders, tracking project progress and ensuring transparency and accountability.
What We're Looking For:
You are a project management professional with at least 8 years of experience in the building
construction industry.
You hold a diploma or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field.
You possess a solid understanding of the various trades and subcontractors involved in interior fit-outs.
You are tech-savvy and have a proven track record of successfully adopting digital tools and technology
initiatives.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently delivering high-quality results without compromising
customer satisfaction.
You work well under pressure and can operate independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5, $7,000.00 per month
