The Senior Manager, Sales will be accountable for revenue growth of the business by overseeing and working with our key accounts and channel partners while also identifying new business opportunities for continuous growth.
In addition to ownership of the sales targets, he/she will be responsible for new product and ongoing training of the team and channel partners, sales forecasting, development of the sales team and open new market development across SEA and Taiwan.
The incumbent will lead a cross functional team either directly or as a key stakeholder through the matrix and will also work very closely with the broader functional teams, as well as Management, to leverage and develop key partners and customer relationships.

The job responsibilities of this Sales Leader will be to:
Develop and execute strategic and operational sales plan to meet the business goals including expansion of market share. Manage, motivate and develop a team of sales professionals into a high performing sales team. Develop and implement innovative distribution opportunities and improvements for the territory. Manage the channel partner relationships and drive channel mindshare and engagement to meet the indirect channel objectives. Coordinate actively across different functional teams (eg Marketing, Technical Support, Field Applications and Commercial Operations) to ensure maximum market segment penetration within the territory and enhance our customer allegiance. Responsible for New Business/ Market Development for technology using genetic sciences via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing. Analyses the sales activities, sales projects and key performance indicators of the territory and takes appropriate actions to steer the business to plan and beyond. Accurately forecast sales revenue Own and Build relationships with channel partners, key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders in the life science, hospital and biotechnology industry. Enhance our brand and customer loyalty with strategic marketing plans including digital marketing, organization of conferences and workshops, ongoing going key customer communication regarding our capabilities, etc. Keep abreast of market intelligence including trends, competitors and key accounts developments. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related science and may have an advanced degree, certification or additional professional training. Typically requires 10+years of relevant experience (including 6+ years in life science sales, distribution partnership management, or other customer facing commercial roles). Experience working with a hybrid GTM model Strong working knowledge of the sales process (lead generation, quoting, purchasing, revenue recognition) as well as highly competent in sales budgeting and forecast management.
