What the Role Entails
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our enterprise network infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and maintaining network switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and border security systems.

You will also play a key role in troubleshooting, optimizing network performance, and implementing best security practices.

Network Infrastructure & Security
Install, configure, and manage
network switches, routers, load balancers, and firewalls
(Fortinet & Palo Alto).

Maintain
border security systems , including
firewalls and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS) .

Troubleshoot and resolve
network security issues , including
firewall rule base creation, VPN configuration, NAT, and high availability (HA) setup .

Upgrade and optimize
network devices , performing hardware refreshes and software updates.

Ensure
network stability, flexibility, and security
while documenting configurations and installations.

Network Operations & Support
Provide
technical support, monitoring, and configuration management
for enterprise networks.

Maintain
on-premise office network infrastructure
and implement necessary changes.

Develop and implement
IP communication systems , including
advanced routing protocols
(OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).

Utilize
network monitoring and performance testing tools
(e.g.,
Zabbix, Grafana, Iperf ) to proactively detect and resolve issues.

Assist in troubleshooting
network-related incidents
by working closely with support teams and end users.

Engage with customers via
phone or email
to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.

Project & Process Management
Participate in
network engineering projects , providing expertise in planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
seamless network operations
and
business continuity .

Work with
IT service management tools
such as
ServiceNow, Jira, and ITSM , integrating
automation and revision control
into workflows.

Who We Look For
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree
in
IT, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field
(preferred).

Industry certifications such as:
CCNP or CCIE
(preferred).

Fortinet Certified Professional (FCP) or Fortinet Certified Expert (FCX)
(preferred).

Experience & Technical Skills
5+ years of experience
in
enterprise network support and project execution .

Extensive hands-on experience with
next-generation firewalls
(Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Palo Alto), including:
IDS/IPS, DLP, content filtering, anti-malware, and DDoS protection .

Strong understanding of
firewall SIEM & SYSLOG management .

Expertise in
SFlow, NetFlow, and Flowlog monitoring .

Advanced knowledge of
Cisco ISR/ASR routers, Cisco Nexus & Catalyst switches, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, and Aruba WiFi systems .

Experience with
generic load balancers
and
BGP/OSPF routing protocols .

Proficiency in
network management and monitoring tools .

Experience with
Active Directory (on-prem & cloud)
is a plus.
