Sr/Channel Sales Manager (Electronics Test & Measurement)
My client is a leading producer of test & measurement electronics equipment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations.
- Support securing sales volume and profit targets.
- Manage the Order-to-Delivery process and KPI's.
- Manage price management and sales performance management.
- Implement strong price management to maximize sales volume and profitability.
- Responsible for business analysis, price management and market intelligence.
- Plan marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations.
Qualifications
- Master / Degree / Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 years of regional channel sales experience in test & measurement equipment environment.
- Experience managing 2-3 direct reports.
- Track record of generating more than 40M USD revenue/annual is a plus.
- Understanding emerging markets (Indonesia / Thailand / Vietnam etc).
- Comfortable being hands on (rolling up the sleeve and walking the ground).
- Experience in building distributor networks from scratch.
- Conversant in pricing methodologies and building price strategies.
- Able to travel around South East Asia for work assignments (40% traveling).
- Expertise in channel segmentation, distributor performance assessment.
