Responsibilities
Lead the design and validation of secure, resilient, and optimized communication and collaboration platforms, integrating both commercial and proprietary systems with disaster recovery capabilitiesDrive platform feature development applying modern software engineering practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and enforce secure coding, access control, encryption, and compliance standardsDefine and monitor SLOs/SLIs, apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance, and lead incident response and troubleshooting across complex systemsProvide strategic guidance on platform usage and modernization, advise on new technology adoption, and contribute to external technical communities and knowledge sharingDesign and leverage APIs to enable AI agent functionality, enhancing enterprise automation and digital user experienceRequirements (Minimum Qualifications)
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experienceLeadership knowledge in one of following areas:Proven experience and deep understanding in communication and collaboration platform architecture topologies, end-to-end stack components, and containerized environmentsProficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform)Expertise in developing custom applications, workflows, plugins, and APIs for enhanced functionality and integrationExperience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring, and capacity planningNice-to-haves
Possess leadership in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms and methodologiesFamiliarity with COTS and proprietary system integrationExperience designing APIs for AI agent integration with enterprise systemsContributions to technical communities (e.g., blogs, forums, external partnerships)
