Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of resilient, secure digital workplace platforms (hardware, software and SaaS) with disaster recovery capabilities, ensuring seamless integration across COTS and proprietary solutionsDrive platform feature development applying modern software engineering practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines, and enforce secure coding, access control, encryption, and compliance standardsDefine and implement SLOs/SLIs, apply SRE best practices for scalability and performance, and lead incident response and troubleshooting across complex systemsProvide strategic guidance on system usage and modernization, architect endpoint solutions, DEM platforms and optimize IT service desk operationsDesign and leverage APIs to enable AI agent functionality, enhancing enterprise automation and digital user experienceRequirements (Minimum Qualifications)
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronic/Electrical Engineering, with 5-6 years of relevant working experienceProven experience and deep understanding in platform architecture, development, and integration across digital workplace technologiesExpertise in IAM systems including Directory Services, SSO and MFAProficiency with modern DevOps practices and tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform)Strong knowledge of IT service desk platforms (e.g., Jira Service Desk, ServiceNow), including workflow automation and analytics Experience with SRE methodologies, synthetic monitoring, and capacity planningNice-to-haves
Possess leadership in transitioning legacy systems to modern platforms and methodologiesFamiliarity with modern SaaS tools and proprietary platform integrationExperience designing APIs for AI agent integration with enterprise systemsContributions to technical communities (e.g., blogs, forums, external partnerships)
