We are looking for a motivated and skilled Senior Program Manager in Singapore.
In this role, you will support cross-functional initiatives, leverage analytics to contribute to profitability goals and future cost reduction aspirations, and collaborate with teams across Micron’s global sites.
Key Responsibilities
Provide training and coaching to related CSM on the specific categories’ should-cost analysis.
Work closely with related CSM using the McKinsey Cleansheet system to create should-cost models, gather and validate data, and analyze should-cost versus current price gaps to identify continuous cost improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with related should-cost champions to quarterly evaluate and validate should cost with the CSM.
Report KPI related to savings opportunities and cost-coverage/adherence rates.
Continuously work with CSM & SMAI team to apply process enhancements and automation for should-cost activities.
Support Design for Cost efforts between Sourcing, Engineering and Business units.
Requirements
Familiar with product cost analysis, identifying cost structures, investigating cost elements, and exploring cost-improvement opportunities.
10+ years of industry experience in semiconductor front-end related fields, especially chemical materials, semiconductor equipment, or wafer fabrication.
Solid knowledge of related category products and manufacturing/raw materials information.
Engineering & operations background is preferred.
Fluent oral and written English is a must.
Experience with the McKinsey Cleansheet system or similar cost-analysis systems is a plus.
