Purpose:
The Store Assistant performs basic tasks that facilitate the logistics process, by monitoring inbound and outbound movement, safely and efficiently handling items and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities:
- Un-crating/unpacking of incoming materials from local and overseas shipment
- Receiving and checking of incoming materials
- Put-away for materials to location based on Goods Receipt slip
- Picking & packing of materials based on Production Order/Delivery Note
- Perform monthly cycle counts to maintain inventory levels
- Perform 5S to keep working environment safe and clean
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
- Able to be independent in his/her role when doing tasks assigned
