    As Store Leader (Click & Collect), you will be taking decisions and fully responsible for a store, including the strategic planning, market research, choice of products, recruitment, coaching and development of your own teammates.

    You will also be responsible for forecasting your revenue, planning your costs and committing to a bottom line.

    In short, you will run your business in autonomy.

    RESPONSIBILITY 1

    I lead economically and humanly my business unit through a clear store project that fulfills local needs and aligns with national objectives.

  • Implement a locally-relevant omnichannel strategy aligned with environmental, social, and economic goals.
  • Analyze the local market, identify key sports, and define strategic focus areas.
  • Diagnose store performance and work with local institutions to offer sustainable products and services (, rental, repair).
  • Establish clear service policies (, trials, delivery, Click & Collect) tailored to customer needs.
  • Commit to store KPIs (TO, HOURS, GOI, profitability) and allocate resources responsibly.
  • Train department managers to monitor KPIs and make data-driven decisions regularly.
