Responsibilities
Greet and welcome all customers warmly.
Provide knowledgeable service and assist customers with orders and recommendations.
Open and close the store in accordance with established rules.
Oversee and maintain cleanliness of the store, visuals, and overall store ambiance.
Perform routine checks to ensure daily prep is completed and all equipment (soft serve machines, freezers, POS) is fully operational and ready for service.
Handle possible malfunction of assets in store.
Conduct daily opening inventory to ensure stocks are accurate and sufficient.
Assemble menu items accurately and consistently according to brand standards.
Order Fulfilment & Delivery: Prepare and pack delivery materials, including frozen soft serve, cool packs, and toppings.
Manage incoming orders through POS and delivery platforms.
Work closely with Delivery Platform representative on operations and promotions.
Submit a daily sales report and account for food waste/ stock orders at the end of each shift.
Participate in monthly stock counts and report discrepancies or low-stock alerts (ensure FIFO).
Weekly purchase and procurement after stock count.
Receiving goods and handling international documents/ relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure proper shift and roster scheduling weekly.
Take out trash and dispose of waste safely and regularly.
Clean soft-serve machine thoroughly every 2–3 days as per hygiene protocols.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are always followed.
Handle any other duties that may reasonably be required to support store operations.
Qualifications
Singaporean only.
Proven experience in a managerial role—ideally within the food service or retail space.
Confident leadership and team management skills.
Strong communicator with interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities.
Rotating roster shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
If needed, we may ask you to work on certain days when additional support is required.
