As a Supervisor at Hoka, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- To manage store sales performance, coordinate in-store promotional activity, managing store operation, recruitment and team building.
- Establish weekly sales objectives for the store and personnel.
- Work with Sales & Operation Manager to achieve sales goals through key metric (cost reduction percentage (CR%), average dollar sales (ADS), items-per-transaction (IPT)) and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided in the store.
- To manage staff monthly duty roster and time sheet.
Planning and execution in shift schedules.
- To manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store.
- Drive and lead all personnel to practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of Converse to achieve optimum sales and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- To assign team Return on Sales (ROS) functions for each section within the store to maximize sales performance.
- Ensure store present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales that are reflective of Hoka Visual Merchandising direction.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / O Level, Higher Secondary / A Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Enjoy doing sports would be advantage
- Required language: English to be able to communicate with customers
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or a Supervisor position
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong follow-through capabilities.
- Resourceful, meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Bubbly character and can communicate well with team members and customers
