Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing and managing daily workshop and store operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
- Ensure accurate tracking, issuance, and timely return of tools and equipment
- Monitor the movement, usage, and condition of tools, spare parts, and consumables to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and safe handling of all equipment and materials in accordance with company policies and safety regulations
- Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, repairs, and equipment status to management
- Support the Project Team by coordinating and facilitating project-related material and equipment requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in workshop/store coordination, preferably within the bored pile or construction industry
- Possess WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or other relevant safety certifications
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and management
- Knowledge of construction or bored pile equipment, tools and maintenance workflow is an advantage
- Strong ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams under tight deadlines
