About the Role
Are you organized, hands-on, and ready to take charge of a busy store environment?
We're looking for a dedicated Storekeeper to join our team at Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd
You'll be the key person behind the scenes — keeping our parts and inventory in order, supporting our workshop team, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from receiving goods to updating records.
What You'll Be Doing
- Receive and record incoming goods accurately in our PCOM inventory system.
- Update purchase orders and supplier details in the database.
- Keep track of stock levels and highlight when new orders are needed.
- Prepare supplier invoices and purchase orders (POs) for approval.
- Issue required parts and materials to our workshop mechanics.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all purchases and stock transactions.
- Inspect incoming items to ensure they're in good condition — report any issues promptly.
- Monitor tyre and battery usage on vehicles, ensuring replacements are well-tracked by mileage.
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory control.
- Able to speak Mandarin to communicate effectively with our Chinese-speaking clients.
- A team player with initiative, a positive learning attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
