Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with all warehouse-related safety, quality, and operating processes.
- Perform 5S in the warehouse.
- Perform warehousing activities, including inbound, outbound, and cycle count, in a timely and orderly manner.
- Conduct visual inspections and report any non-conformity or exception from shipments.
- Support the Supervisor in achieving all required KPIs.
- Perform general warehousing duties, including maintaining database integrity, stocktaking, material handling, and documentation control.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted timely.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and implementation.
- Continuously strive for higher levels of performance efficiency.
Requirements
- Basic speaking, reading, and writing English proficiency.
- Ability to operate MHE (forklift/reach truck/VNA turret stock picker).
- Basic knowledge of WMS.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations.
- Forklift license is a plus.
- GCE 'N' Levels.
