They are seeking a Strategic Client Advisor to manage and grow public sector accounts in Singapore, focusing on strategic account management, relationship building, and revenue growth within the public sector.
About The Role
Reporting to the Client Director, your responsibilities include:
- Managing assigned public sector accounts, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Developing account plans to grow client portfolios through upselling, cross-selling, and solution expansion.
- Leading strategic discussions to understand client challenges and propose relevant IT solutions.
- Collaborating with delivery, technical, and solutioning teams for project execution and client satisfaction.
- Driving financial planning and forecasting to meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitoring industry trends, policies, and digital initiatives to adapt strategies.
- Leading proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations.
Skills and Experience
- At least 7 years of experience in IT services sales or account management, preferably in large system integrators or consulting firms.
- Experience with Singapore’s public sector procurement cycles and stakeholder landscape.
- Strong strategic foresight, leadership, and communication skills with a proven ability to drive business growth.
