Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Event Coordinator to join our team.
As a Senior Event Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of various projects from concept to completion.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to develop successful events by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Develop event proposals that meet or exceed client requirements, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct briefings and manage teams to ensure project success through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Manage event data and track budgets to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Source and evaluate venues and suppliers to provide high-quality services and products.
- Prepare billings for clients and suppliers in a timely and accurate manner.
- Evaluate and improve event processes to ensure continuous improvement and quality enhancement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop innovative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex events and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with event management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask to ensure seamless event execution.
