Job description

Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our human resources function, drive business growth through strategic people management, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Administration:

    • Manage the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

    • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system.


    • Support regional HR projects in Singapore, Malaysia, China, and the Philippines.

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

    • Coordinate and support recruitment activities, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.

    • Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower needs.

    • Ensure compliance with the Fair Consideration Framework and other MOM guidelines.

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:

    • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.

    • Support initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.

    • Assist in handling employee grievances, disciplinary cases, and exit interviews.

  • Training & Development:

    • Coordinate internal and external training sessions.

    • Track employee development plans and training budgets.

    • Liaise with training vendors and apply for government training grants (e.g., SkillsFuture, SSG).

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore labour laws and company policies.

    • Prepare HR reports and support audits when necessary.

    • Stay updated with changes in employment legislation and HR trends.
