What you'll be doing
- Develop, refine, and oversee the organisation's strategic plans and priorities
- Establish and track key performance indicators and milestones to measure success
- Conduct research and analysis to support informed decision‑making
- Coordinate and manage organisation‑wide planning cycles and strategic initiatives
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Oversee governance activities, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational goals
- Collaborate with various teams to support the development and delivery of strategic priorities
- Support special projects and process improvement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Bachelor Degree level in Business Administration/ Healthcare Management/ Sciences/ Public Health/ Strategy or related studies
- 4 – 7 years of working experience in healthcare is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively across departments
