What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Lead & ownership accountability for end-to-end recruitment across key business roles, including sales, marketing, client relations, and operations
- Partner closely with department heads and management to forecast hiring needs and build strategic talent pipelines
- Use a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet, referrals, headhunting) to attract high-potential candidates
- Conduct screening interviews, assess candidate suitability, and manage interview processes with hiring teams
- Build employer branding strategies to position the company as a top choice for talent in the health and wellness space
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring trend updates to leadership
- Maintain ATS and ensure data-driven recruitment reporting and performance tracking
- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives related to talent growth, onboarding, and culture-building
Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency), ideally 4–6 years, with at least 2 years at the senior or lead level
- Strong experience in talent sourcing, headhunting, and stakeholder management
- Sales mindset – able to pitch roles and the company vision convincingly
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Experience recruiting for sales, client-facing, or business-driven roles is a plus
- Familiarity with the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry is advantageous
- Resourceful, highly organized, and self-motivated
