What You Do
This is a critical role in driving transformation and success in the Group Audit Function.
The individual will support the Head of Strategy and Transformation in leading and governing change initiatives through a change management strategy, and oversee people strategy initiatives, fostering high‐performance culture within the function.
Change Management
Support the execution and governance of strategic change management plan and progress reporting.
Lead development of short‐ to medium‐term technology and innovation strategy, including audit management system and leveraging artificial intelligence.
Identify and consider emerging trends and leading practices to improve internal audit processes.
Manage key stakeholders, anticipating and addressing their concerns throughout the change process.
Lead communication and training initiatives to facilitate effective knowledge transfer, upskilling, reskilling, and adoption of new processes and technologies.
People Management
Lead development and execution of short‐ to medium‐term people and talent management strategy within Group Audit.
Identify and address training and development needs to ensure team skills and business acumen.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Leadership
Collaborate within the Strategy and Transformation team and across Group Audit, inspiring and motivating to achieve strategic goals.
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation.
Lead by example by modelling bank desired behaviours.
Champion a prudent risk and compliance culture that promotes good ethics, accountability, and conduct.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in change management or internal audit in financial services.
Proven track record of leading transformational change, building high‐performing teams, and driving business outcomes through people‐centric strategies and technology‐enabled solutions.
Data analysis and project management experience and/or certification is a plus.
Quick learner with strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Strong understanding of talent management, learning principles and practices.
Strong understanding of data and technologies application.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
