General description
The Strategy & Business Management Project Manager is a key member of the Global Product & Solutions (GPS) Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) team, and shall endeavour to fulfil the ambitions defined and outlined for the team by the Head of S&BD.
In this role/capacity, the primary responsibilities of the incumbent will be to independently lead the end-to-end project management and implementation of local, regional, global and strategic initiatives with a holistic view to ensure all relevant aspects are considered.
The incumbent will focus on initiatives to ensure our product offering suite for Global Products & Solutions (GPS) products (amongst others, Structured Products, Derivatives, FX, Precious Metals, etc.) remain highly competitive and relevant.
This includes having regular dialogues with Investment Advisors, Senior Management (i.e. Group Heads, Senior Client Partners) and Product Specialists to understand Clients’ needs and demands.
He/she shall then work in close collaboration with stakeholders across various functions in the Bank to establish the overall scope, objectives, deliverables and timeline for said initiatives.
Further, he/she shall also coordinate and perform relevant change management activities.
The incumbent shall also build highly effective relationships across the Bank to maintain and improve knowledge of the business and its latest products and services to optimise service to clients.
The incumbent will report to the Global Head, Strategy & Business Development.

Independently lead end-to-end management/implementation of local, regional, global and strategic initiatives and contribute to all stages of projects (i.e. discovery works, coordination, business analysis, business process, UAT, change management and rollout, etc.), ensuring all relevant aspects are consideredEstablish the overall scope, objectives, deliverables and timeline in alignment with the business and in consultation with management for the various initiatives/projectsWork closely with various stakeholders across the Bank (e.g. Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Front Office, Business Management, etc.) to identify and analyse business requirements and distil high-level information to develop/propose appropriate solutions to bridge/address gapsEnsure regular and effective communication with relevant stakeholders and management (regionally and globally) throughout the various stages of the projectsWork closely with internal stakeholders to analyse, identify and develop new solutions to optimise/automate existing work processesBusiness development

At least 7 years of relevant Wealth Management knowledge and experience, with strong grasp of financial markets and products, especially in Structured Products, OTC Derivatives, FX, precious metalsRelevant higher educational and professional backgroundStrong commercial judgement and business acumenFamiliarity with Agile project methodologies (e.g. Program Increments, Scrum, etc) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, etc.) is of advantageStrong IT flair & Strong Command of MS Office applicationsStrong verbal communications and written skillsRegulatory
