Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, supporting decision‐making, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives.
Coordinate and prepare materials for external meetings with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Draft, review, and refine investor communications, presentations, and strategic updates.
Track, monitor, and follow through on action items from meetings and discussions.
Drive strategic initiatives across the business, working with cross‐functional teams to ensure execution and delivery.
Shape new deals, business cases, and strategic growth opportunities.
Provide analysis and recommendations on company‐wide strategic priorities.
Establish best practices in project management, execution tracking, and reporting.
Investment Management
Support the Executive Director in evaluating investment opportunities and portfolio performance.
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence to inform investment decisions.
Assist in structuring deals and developing investment cases.
Maintain oversight of portfolio reporting, ensuring timely insights and updates for investors.
Drive strategic initiatives across the business, working with cross‐functional teams to ensure execution and delivery.

Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in
strategy consulting, investment management, or corporate strategy
roles.
Strong business and financial acumen, with experience in deal shaping and business case development.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling narratives for investors and stakeholders.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
Proven track record of working closely with senior executives and driving strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
