Responsibilities
Carry out Structural design and engineering for onshore and offshore E-house integration projects, including Structural analysis like Inplace, lifting, transportation, loadout, seafastening, fatigue, weighing, blast, etc.
Optimizing and detail design of E-House equipment layout taking into account safety studies, escape route and mechanical handling design.
Good understanding of Architectural fire rating requirement, Structural steel material properties, welding standards and construction details.
Responsible for the delivery of Structural engineering, Architecture engineering, mechanical handling studies and 3D modelling review on project schedule with customer satisfactory.
Ensure implementation of design to customer specification/international standards/regulations.
Involves in Commercial and Technical evaluation for bid and Vendor procurement.
Technical review / schedule follow up during detailed engineering, procurement and assembly of sub-vendor equipment.
Coordinate with the project team members from other business lines (project management, finance, scheduling, documentation, construction, installation and commissioning, etc.).
Support site commissioning activities to ensure the complete project delivery
Issue follow-up and closing up of deviation reports.
Ensure safety in design and safety on site during the commissioning activities.
Skills/Requirement
Minimum 4 years’ experience Marine & Offshore Structural Projects.
Familiar with ASTM, EN, AWS (especially AWS D1.1), API, SOLAS, ABS/ DNV/ LR class requirement.
Required to have knowledge in Autocad, SACS and Staadpro.
Knowledge on 3D modelling and 3D software would be preferred.
Mandatory to have experience in Plants/ Offshore/ FPSO E-House project.
