Key Responsibilities
Student Admissions and Operations
- Manage and streamline the admissions process from application to enrolment, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive student experience.
- Leverage digital tools and automation to optimise processes and enhance the overall student journey.
- Manage training schedules and ensure smooth coordination with trainers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional learning sessions to enhance participant satisfaction.
- Ensure the timely creation of Learning Management System (LMS) account for students to have a successful learning experience.
- Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of digital certificates and Statement of Attainment while maintaining up-to-date trainee assessment results on the TPGateway portal.
Billing and Financial Coordination
- Prepare invoices, monitor payments, and work closely with the finance team for timely reporting.
Compliance and Audit
- Uphold regulatory standards with integrity and precision, keeping processes transparent and audit-ready.
Customer Support & Enquiries
- Deliver empathetic, professional support to students and stakeholders, building trust and confidence through clear and effective information.
Any other duties assigned.
Key Requirements:
Education:
- At least a polytechnic diploma in any discipline
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of work experience in administrative roles and customer service in the training and education sector.
Fresh graduates with a passion for education are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Skills:
- Experience with Training Management System (TMS), automation tools would be an advantage
