Student Recruitment Specialist



Job description

The goal of the Business Development & Sales Executive role is to oversee and manage student recruitment initiatives in key markets such as Singapore, India, Japan, Korea, Thailand, and Cambodia.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive student recruitment strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with education agents, conducting school tours, attending education fairs, and collaborating closely with the admissions team.

A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the education landscape in Singapore, knowledge of the education systems in target countries, and experience working with international student recruitment agencies.

Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or student recruitment.

Proficiency in English and either Japanese or Thai is required.

This position requires travel for recruitment activities and events.
