Student Support and Marketing Professional

As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to students and families while contributing to impactful marketing efforts that expand our global reach.

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Student Support and Marketing Professional to join our dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families.

  • Assist with student admissions processes including contracts, student pass applications, insurance coverage, and other administrative tasks.

  • Maintain accurate up-to-date records in student files and admissions databases for management review.

  • C coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth student transfers and onboarding.

  • Work closely with the finance department on student fee matters ensuring compliance with procedures.

  • Conduct surveys to gather student feedback, collate results, and prepare reports for analysis.

  • Participate in school events, committees, and provide support where required to enhance the overall student experience.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate school tours for prospective students and parents including scheduling staff liaison and on-site arrangements.

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the school including agent coordination and partnership outreach.

  • Prepare slides, presentations, and seminar materials for marketing events.

  • Create brochures and other marketing materials ensuring alignment with the school’s brand and seeking necessary approvals.

  • Organise and participate in local overseas marketing events including open houses, roadshows, and school promotions in collaboration with agents, parents, and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience preferably in the education industry.

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with a cheerful positive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

  • Knowledge or experience in marketing will be an added advantage.
