Job requirement:
• Manage the track access system and the publication of the weekly notice for restricted area access.
• Chair Weekly Coordination Meeting with Clients and Contractors for Track Access Request.
• Manage the training modules ensuring the company’s staff, Maintenance Contractors, Workshop and Defined Area Tracks users are competence to carry out their works safely.
• Responsible to lead and manage the Assistant Superintendent on the day-to-day site operation, supervising and auditing of site operation and safety within the Center.
• Assist Head of the company to conduct presentation, draft management paper, tender document, manage clients’ request on plantroom/workshop equipment usage, field devices installation along the test track, etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Company such as review safety/ operation document, submit method statement, report, etc.
• Manage work group or contractors for building services/ structure maintenance works, core system (Signaling/ Comms/ Control) maintenance works, etc.
within the Test Centre.
• Able to support oversea assignment if necessary.

Profile of successful candidate:
• Local Degree Certification in E&M Engineering discipline working in railway operation environment.
• Candidate with railway operation, train testing and commissioning work experiences would be an advantage.
• Training will be provided to candidate to perform the railway operation duties.
• Will Knowledge of Microsoft Office application for report submission and presentation.
• Self-motivated and able to be crossed trained and keen to learn new skills.
• Able to lead and take charge of a team of work group.
• Possess a relevant Class 3 or 4 local driving license would be an advantage
