- Operation Management - day to day operation of the Sector accounts and technical solution.
- Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for Field Service / NDCFM Team.
- Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules / standby team deployment.
- Plan and conduct regular training to ensure updated working knowledge for the service / facilities engineer, proactive role as Mentor.
- Workplace Health and Safety (WHSC) motivate department staff and ensure safe & conducive work environment.
- Manage customers' expectation and contract deliverables.
- To prepare root cause analysis reports for equipment / product failures.
- To attend major shutdown activity of assigned accounts.
- Forge strong vendor relationships and manage vendor service level agreement performance.
- To implement the Lifecycle Replacement Programme for all M&E equipment/system, business continuance and service restoration strategies, create opportunities and assist to meet sales revenue targets.
- Provide support for any emergencies / recovery process.
- Continuous Improvement - Ensure continuous site improvements in areas of M&E Infrastructure, green initiatives and operational processes.
- Conduct regular review of Technical Refresh for customers.
- Monitoring and Control Management - responsible to ensure mandatory activities / tasks are being delivered within stipulated timeline / key milestones.
- Meet delivery schedules in data uploading as prescribed by our client and in-house process.
- To ensure Client's Premises / Facilities are in full compliance to the Group / Local's standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support Project - Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Integrated System Test (IST), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Familiarisation of System software (ERP system and D365 System).
- Guarantee correct entries into the system and eliminate gaps in data processing.
- Standby for client emergency and service call.
- Plan, conduct and management of daily Service / Facilities Team deployment, discipline and attendance administration.
- Conduct Toolbox Meeting.
- Assist in training staff members on proper work processes, operating procedures, equipment servicing, etc.
- Motivate site staff and ensure safe & conducive work environment.
- Arrange for parts and services procurement to support operations.
- Ensure the implementation and communication of company policies to direct reports.
- Manage onsite vendors and ensure timely and quality work.
- Provides solution proposals to clients for issues encountered on site.
- Supports and cover duties for other Supervisors across the division as required.
- Direct supports senior management and in the absence of the Manager.
- Responsible for timely quotation submission and obtain of vendor quotation.
- Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules.
- Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for Service / Facilities Team, and optimise staff utilisation and deployment.
Any other duties assigned by Field Service Manager / Manager.
