Job Responsibilities:
Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
Cook and complete dishes in timely manner
Able to cook vietnamese cuisine, snackes, spring roll, etc.
Job Requirements:
Friendly and service oriented
Able to perform shift; work on weekends and Public Holidays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ensure good hygiene practices and quality control of food and presentation
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment
