Job description

Executive, Supplier Management (1-Year Contract, Renewable/Convertible)


Location: Joo Koon MRT (Office directly linked to MRT)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to $3,700/month + Completion Bonus (1 Month Per Year)
Duration: 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Permanent)

Job Overview


We are seeking an Executive – COMEX, Supplier Management to join our team at the Head Office.

In this role, you will oversee various supplier-related initiatives, from events to compliance tracking, performance analysis, and internal governance.

The ideal candidate is organised, analytical, and able to work across multiple teams and functions.

This position is ideal for someone with a background in procurement, finance, or commercial roles — especially within large, process-driven organisations.



Key Responsibilities


1.

Supplier Townhall Management

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for event execution
  • Manage venue setup, catering, and agency engagement
  • Ensure content readiness and delegate responsibilities to internal teams

2.

Supplier Code of Conduct Declaration

  • Review and update declaration forms based on latest requirements (e.g. Bizsafe3)
  • Develop and maintain compliance frameworks
  • Track declaration submissions and ensure timely follow-ups

3.

Product Governance & Compliance

  • Work with Legal and Buying teams to ensure contract compliance
  • Track completion of mandatory Codes of Practice
  • Monitor outstanding approvals and documentation

4.

Billing & Incentive Tracking

  • Monitor supplier incentives and track progress against targets
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of billing for allowances and claims

5.

Vendor Scorecard & Performance

  • Build and automate dashboards using Google Sheets and App Script
  • Analyze performance data and collaborate on improvement plans with Category teams

6.

Supplier Communications

  • Manage project timelines for communication rollouts
  • Ensure timely, clear, and well-documented supplier messaging

7.

ISO Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date and audit-ready documentation under Supplier Management
  • Ensure version control and alignment with ISO standards


Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in large organisations
  • Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Index-Match)
  • Familiar with data analysis and basic scripting (e.g. App Script, SQL)
  • Good understanding of compliance and policy implementation
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
