- Contract: 1 + 1 year contract (with 1 month completion bonus for every year of completed service)
- Working location: West (Joo Koon)
- Working hours: 8.30am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri).
- Hybrid working arrangements: 2 days WFH
Job Scope
- Manage and analyze complex datasets efficiently to identify root causes of issues and propose corrective or preventive measures as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and tracking of allowances and incentives.
Monitor supplier progress on incentives and work closely with the buying team to meet targets.
- Create and automate scorecards and dashboards.
Leverage digital tools to streamline reporting processes and drive action plans to improve vendor performance with the category management team.
- Oversee user testing, gather requirements, and liaise with the data team to provision dashboard access.
- Create, support, and monitor margin analysis, business metrics tracking, cost analysis, and reporting.
Respond to ad hoc analysis requests from the buying team.
- Support procurement teams with contract management, ensuring adherence to the contract approval matrix and follow-up on outstanding items.
- Manage and support ongoing project timelines, deliverables, supplier communications, and proper documentation of actions.
- Support Code of Conduct declarations and track compliance-related activities.
Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in any industry, preferably in Finance, Commercial, Analytics, or related functions.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel: Proficient in advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, PivotTables) for managing and analyzing complex datasets.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience in SQL or similar tools to extract insights independently.
Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Databricks, BigQuery) and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Systematic & Logical Thinking: Ability to quickly understand business problems, connect the dots, and translate them into well-organized, executable tasks.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach.
Interpersonal Skills
- Able to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders effectively, including leadership, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively across teams.
